Job summary

Talkiatry is a physician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering 100% remote outpatient care. You’ll have predictable W-2 compensation, flexible scheduling, and full operational support including scheduling, billing, and licensing.

We seek board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists with MD/DO credentials, licensed to practice in multiple states, and enthusiastic about telepsychiatry. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO).
• Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry care.
• Serve patient populations across the lifespan (children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics).
• Follow standard session lengths and maintain clinical autonomy within established standards.
• Coordinate with in-house referral network and support staff to ensure smooth care.
