Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering 100% remote outpatient care with flexible scheduling and minimal administrative burden. Role provides predictable W-2 compensation and benefits, plus an in-house referral network and full operational support.

Open to board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists with active licenses; practice spans children to geriatric patients, with standard session lengths and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO).
• Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD).
• Patient population across the lifespan: children & adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups).
• In-house referral network and full operational support (scheduling, billing, intake coordination, licensing).
