Talkiatry is a clinician-led, fully remote psychiatry practice built to combine hospital stability with private practice autonomy. This role offers predictable W-2 compensation, comprehensive benefits, and minimal administrative burden for psychiatrists seeking flexibility.

The day-to-day focuses on 100% remote outpatient care for diverse populations with standard session lengths, supported by a robust referral network and full operational support.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO).
• Active, unrestricted medical license with multi-state licensing support.
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD).
• Patient population across the lifespan: children & adolescents (board-certified CA, adults, geriatric).
• Standard session lengths: 60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups.
• No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage.
• In-house referral network to therapists.
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.
