Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering 100% remote outpatient care with predictable W-2 compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Clinicians set their schedule and patient population, with minimal administrative burden and full operational support, including scheduling, billing, and licensing. Board-certified psychiatrists provide care across the lifespan and have access to licensing assistance.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO).
• Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry care.
• Manage a patient population across lifespan (children, adults, geriatric) per established standards.
• Collaborate with in-house referral network and receive full operational support (scheduling, billing, intake, licensing).
