Talkiatry is a clinician-led, fully remote outpatient psychiatry practice offering 100% telepsychiatry with structured session lengths and an in-house support network. We provide predictable W-2 compensation, benefits, and flexible scheduling to fit a clinician’s preferences.

We seek board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists with an active license, capable of remote care delivery and collaboration with our support teams.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO).
• Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care with defined session lengths and structures.
• Collaborate with in-house scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing teams.
• Assess and manage a diverse patient population in a telepsychiatry setting.
