We provide substantial clinical autonomy, robust operational support, and malpractice insurance, with a compensation range of $300K–$500K annually for licensed psychiatrists.

Fully remote within the U.S., roles are available full-time or part-time, with AI-enabled and EHR-assisted workflows designed to optimize patient care and clinician well-being.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing remote care and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations including history and risk analysis.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that may include medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Utilize telehealth technology and systems to deliver reliable care.
