We offer full-time and part-time roles with the flexibility of remote work, comprehensive malpractice coverage, licensure reimbursement, and access to premium EHR, e-prescribe, and AI tools. Compensation ranges from $300K to $500K depending on hours and experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Excellent clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort delivering care remotely and using EHR systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care via telehealth for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including history, evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans with medication management and brief psychotherapy when appropriate.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and systems to deliver reliable telehealth care.
