Legion Health, a technology-forward psychiatry company, is hiring clinicians to provide psychiatric care through telehealth from anywhere in the United States. Full-time or part-time schedules are available with compensation ranging from $300K to $500K based on patient-care hours.

We offer robust administrative support, credentialing assistance, licensure reimbursement, malpractice coverage, and access to premium EHR, e-prescribe, and AI tools to enhance clinical autonomy and workflow.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort delivering care remotely and using EHR systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists via consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and systems to deliver reliable telehealth care.
