Job summary

Luro Health Inc. is seeking a board-certified psychiatrist to provide clinical supervision for a growing virtual behavioral health program serving Medicare and Medicaid populations.

This part-time, remote leadership role focuses on supervision, quality oversight, and program development rather than managing a full patient panel. Hours are 10-20 per week with an hourly rate of $110-$125, and the role offers flexibility in a remote-first startup environment.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. with Board certification in Psychiatry required.
• Active psychiatry license in Pennsylvania and/or Vermont; active unrestricted license in at least one state.
• Experience supervising psychiatric APPs and/or LCSWs in telehealth or multi-state environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as supervising physician for psychiatric APPs and provide clinical oversight for standards and quality.
• Establish and maintain clinical standards for adult behavioral health across psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care.
• Provide clinical consultation on complex cases and conduct quality audits.
