Job summary

Luro Health is seeking a board-certified psychiatrist to provide clinical supervision for a growing virtual behavioral health program serving Medicare and Medicaid populations. This part-time, remote leadership role focuses on provider supervision, quality oversight, and program development rather than managing a full patient panel.

Hours are approximately 10-20 per week with an hourly rate of 110-125 USD, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required with board certification in psychiatry.
• Active psychiatry license in Pennsylvania and/or Vermont; eligibility to obtain additional licenses with company support.
• Experience supervising psychiatric APPs and/or LCSWs in telehealth or multi-state environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of psychiatric guidelines, quality metrics, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience serving Medicare/Medicaid populations and integrated behavioral health care models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as supervising physician for psychiatric APPs (PMHNPs) and oversee psychotherapy delivery by LCSWs.
• Establish and maintain clinical standards for adult behavioral health across psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care.
• Provide clinical consultations on complex cases; conduct chart reviews and quality audits.
• Support behavioral health protocols and care standards; participate in case reviews and team meetings.
• Advise on program development as we scale the telehealth platform.
