Job summary

Luro Health, a mission-driven telehealth organization, seeks a board-certified psychiatrist for remote, part-time leadership and clinical supervision of a growing behavioral health program serving Medicare and Medicaid populations.

The role focuses on provider supervision, quality oversight, and program development rather than managing a full patient panel, with flexible 10–20 hour weeks and an hourly rate of $110–$125.

Qualifications

• Board-certified psychiatrist with active license in Pennsylvania and/or Vermont, and ability to obtain additional licenses with company support.
• Experience supervising psychiatric APPs and/or LCSWs in telehealth or multi-state environments.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare populations, clinical guidelines, quality metrics, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as supervising physician for psychiatric APPs and LCSWs, ensuring clinical oversight and adherence to scope-of-practice laws.
• Establish and maintain clinical standards for adult behavioral health across psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care.
• Provide clinical consultation on complex cases and participate in chart reviews and quality audits.
• Support behavioral health protocols, care standards, and program development during scale-up.
• Participate in occasional case reviews and team meetings to drive program quality.
