Ascend Healthcare provides remote psychiatric and substance use disorder care across the United States via telemedicine, partnering with Community Health Centers to deliver integrated behavioral health services.

We seek a Psychiatric PA-C or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with an active license in the U.S. to manage evaluations, pharmacotherapy, and psychotherapy while coordinating multidisciplinary care and ensuring access to treatment where patients are located.

Qualifikationen

• Active and unrestricted Medical License in state of primary residence
• DEA License
• 2+ years of experience as a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider
• Bilingual - English and Spanish (preferred)
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment

Aufgaben

• Perform psychiatric diagnostic evaluations for general mental health and substance use disorders across all ages
• Manage psychopharmacology for diagnosed conditions
• Provide medication-assisted treatment as appropriate for OUD
• Deliver supportive psychotherapy and motivational interviewing
• Coordinate care across psychiatry, medicine, and substance use services
• Assist with scheduling and walk-in patient care
• Complete treatment plans and documentation to determine level of care
• Coordinate social determinants involvement including housing and referrals
