Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide telemedicine care in Michigan. You will assess, diagnose, and treat adults and adolescents, collaborate on care plans, and follow Thriveworks clinical guidelines.

The role is fully remote with flexible scheduling; compensation is $65,000-$94,000 per year for 15–20 hours weekly, with benefits including paid orientation, 401(k) match, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, board certified.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in Michigan.
• 1 year psychiatry experience required; 3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
• Treat clients aged 14+ as clinically appropriate.
• Prescribe medications and develop care plans.
• Complete paperwork and assessment tools per guidelines.
• Adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors as needed.
