Job summary

Lavender is seeking licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to provide tele-psychiatry for Massachusetts clients. Roles can be full-time or part-time or contract, with flexible scheduling and 8am–8pm hours seven days a week. Practice remotely with support from an expert team and mentorship programs.

Ideal candidates hold an MSN, MA NP license, ANCC certification and 2+ years in adult mental health. DEA and CPT familiarity are preferred as are strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• MSN required and Massachusetts NP license.
• ANCC Board Certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in adult mental health.
• Strong assessment, communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans for medication, therapy or both.
• Follow up monthly to assess efficacy of interventions and ongoing care.
• Provide talk-therapy modalities as part of combined treatment.
