Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in Oklahoma for a remote, fee-for-service W2 role. The position supports 15–20 hours per week with compensation ranging from $61,000 to $89,000 annually, depending on schedule and experience.

Clinicians prescribe meds based on client needs and collaborate on ADHD and other mental health care plans. Applicants must be licensed PMHNPs in good standing, with a master's degree in nursing and prescriptive authority.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with prescriptive authority in the practicing state.
• Understanding of AdvancedMD EMR is a plus.
• At least 1 year of psychiatry practice; 3 years overall is a plus.
• Must be licensed and reside in the state where practicing.
• Part-time requires 15–20 hours of availability per week.

Responsibilities

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
• Willingness to treat clients aged 14 and up.
• Prescribe medications to alleviate mental health symptoms as needed.
• Create and collaborate on individualized care plans.
• Complete paperwork and assessment tools for clients.
• Adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines and consult with directors.
