Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for our Illinois telemedicine program. This W2 fee-for-service role is fully remote and offers a compensation range of $141,000 to $203,000 per year based on 25–35 clinical hours weekly.

Clinicians must be licensed in the practicing state and comfortable treating adults and adolescents. We emphasize safety, ADHD clinic standards, and no quotas on clients or prescriptions.

Qualifications

• Psychiatric nursing experience (1 year minimum)
• Board certification in PMHNP required
• Master's in Nursing with prescriptive authority in IL
• Experience with telemedicine is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric assessments via telemedicine for adults and adolescents
• Prescribe medications as clinically appropriate
• Develop and update patient care plans in collaboration with clients
• Complete required paperwork and assessment tools
• Adhere to Thriveworks clinical guidelines
• Consult with clinic directors on patient programs and services
