Job summary

Mainspring Recovery is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our interdisciplinary clinical team, providing psychiatric or medical care for individuals in recovery from SUD and co-occurring mental health conditions. The NP may be PMHNP or FNP/AGNP depending on licensure and expertise, with emphasis on whole-person care aligned to our mission.

This full-time, exempt remote role offers a salary range of $170,000–$180,000, reflecting responsibilities, qualifications, and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Active NP licensure in Virginia with PMHNP certification.
• Experience in psychiatric or SUD care preferred.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and trauma-informed approaches.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric intake evaluations and MSE.
• Diagnose DSM-5 conditions and assess SUD co-morbidity.
• Develop and monitor psychiatric treatment plans and MAT needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and participate in case conferences.
• Provide medication management and ensure proper documentation.
