Job summary

Eleanor Health is seeking an experienced NP to provide MAT and psychiatry services remotely. The role requires GA APN licensure, active DEA, MSN or higher, and PMHNP certification, with a history of MAT prescribing.

You will join a multidisciplinary team under the Senior Medical Leader, delivering integrated, value-based care. The position is remote, about 30 hours per week now with potential growth, offering strong benefits and a prorated salary based on hours.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia APN license is required.
• Active Georgia DEA certification required to prescribe controlled substances.
• MSN degree or higher.
• National Certification as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience prescribing MAT and telemedicine delivery.
• Ability to work across teams and be proactive and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for MAT, substance use, and psychiatric disorders via telemedicine.
• Collaborate with Practice Administrator, Lead Clinician, and team to integrate medical and support services.
• Contribute to a culture focused on mission, initiative, ethics, and collaboration.
• Ensure medical care and documentation comply with state and federal laws and CARF standards.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives.
