Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide telemedicine care in Illinois, serving teens and adults. The role emphasizes clinical assessment, diagnosis, and medication management within a multidisciplinary team.

Clinicians work 15–20 hours weekly on a fee-for-service (W2) basis, with a fully remote schedule, competitive compensation, and ongoing ADHD training. This position requires state licensure and prescribing authority.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority.
• Three years of experience is a plus; 1 year of psychiatry required.
• Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
• Willingness to treat clients aged 14 and up.
• Prescribe medications as clinically appropriate.
• Create and collaborate on comprehensive care plans with clients.
