Job summary
Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide evening and weekend telehealth sessions in Illinois. This W2, fee-for-service style role offers flexible scheduling and remote work options.
You will assess and treat adolescents and adults, prescribe medications as appropriate, and collaborate with regional directors following Thriveworks' clinical guidelines. Must reside and be licensed in Illinois.
Qualifications
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
Responsibilities
- Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
- Treat patients 14 years and older.
- Prescribe medications to reduce mental health symptoms as needed.
- Create and collaborate on care plans with clients.
- Complete paperwork and assessment tools per guidelines.
- Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.
- Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff.
