Thriveworks is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The role offers a fee-for-service (W2) arrangement with a compensation range of $65,000–$94,000 per year based on roughly 15–20 clinical hours weekly.

Clinicians must be licensed in the practicing state, provide care to adults and adolescents, and may work via telemedicine. In-house ADHD training and a broad benefits package are included to support clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state.
• One year of psychiatry practice is required; three years of experience is a plus.
• Must be licensed and reside in the state where practicing.
• Familiarity with AdvancedMD EMR is a plus.
• Completion of ADHD treatment standards training and certification is required for new hires.

Responsabilités

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients in in-person and telemedicine capacity.
• Treat clients aged 14 and up when appropriate.
• Prescribe medications to reduce mental health symptoms as needed.
• Create and collaborate on individualized care plans with clients.
• Complete and/or administer paperwork and assessment tools for clients.
• Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients, programs, and services.
