Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide telemedicine-based mental health care in Alabama. Clinicians must be licensed and reside in Alabama to practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with prescriptive authority in the state.
• Experience with AdvancedMD EMR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
• Willingness to treat clients aged 14 and up.
• Prescribe medications to reduce mental health symptoms as needed.
• Create and collaborate on care plans with clients.
• Complete paperwork and assessment tools per guidelines.
• Consult with clinic directors on programs and services.
