Job summary

Thriveworks DC is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to provide telemedicine care for adults and adolescents. Licensure in DC and board certification are required, with W2 fee-for-service compensation ranging from $71,000 to $102,000 annually for 15–20 clinical hours per week.

Clinicians will treat a diverse client base, follow Thriveworks guidelines, prescribe when appropriate, and participate in ADHD clinic training—no client/clientoras quotas.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as PMHNP and board-certified.
• Active prescriptive authority in DC.
• Experience in telemedicine.
• At least 1 year psychiatry practice required; 3 years preferred.
• Licensed to practice in the state of DC.
• Part-time availability 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
• Prescribe medications as clinically appropriate.
• Create and collaborate on care plans with clients.
• Complete required paperwork and assessment tools.
• Adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors on clients and services.
