Job summary

Washington State Health Care Authority seeks a ProviderOne Interface Analyst (ITBA-J/AHA) to monitor and troubleshoot ProviderOne data interfaces, APIs, and web services. You will coordinate with vendors and state teams, ensure data exchange integrity, and support DOC1 correspondence solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with XML data exchanges and data integration
• Experience designing, testing and implementing interfaces between systems
• Knowledge of web services, APIs and data governance
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and state partners on data agreements
• Strong understanding of SDLC and project collaboration across teams

Responsibilities

• Independently manage external electronic data interfaces including web services and APIs.
• Serve as technical advisor between vendors and business/technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate data exchanges and maintain Data Share Agreements.
• Test ProviderOne and POS interfaces, APIs, and web services for issues and enhancements.
• Lead change control processes affecting interface impacts.
• Communicate changes to stakeholders and provide training as needed.
