Job summary

Carisk Partners, Inc. is seeking a Provider Relations Specialist to serve as a key liaison between healthcare providers and the Workers' Compensation Payment Integrity Department.

The role supports provider engagement, resolves reimbursement inquiries, and assists with dispute resolution activities. The Specialist will work with internal teams to ensure accurate reimbursement outcomes while maintaining positive provider relationships and supporting payment integrity objectives.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in workers' compensation, healthcare reimbursement, provider relations, medical billing, or bill review.
• Experience interacting with healthcare providers and resolving reimbursement-related issues.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for provider reimbursement inquiries and billing questions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physician offices, ambulatory surgery centers, and ancillary providers.
• Research and resolve provider questions related to bill review determinations and payment calculations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate issue resolution.
