Job summary

Sana is seeking a detail-oriented contractor to support our Network Operations team for a 3-month engagement. This fully remote role is US-based and requires 40 hours per week during normal business hours across time zones.

You will maintain provider data, process enrollment documents (W-9s, rosters), handle routine contracting tasks, and help with QA in a fast-paced startup setting. Healthcare data familiarity and proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in administrative, data entry, customer service, or provider relations.
• Healthcare experience preferred (provider office, credentialing, enrollment, managed care, insurance).
• Familiarity with provider data (NPI, TIN, taxonomy) and basic payer contract terms is a plus.
• Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently or collaboratively.
• Comfortable with modern web apps and Google Sheets or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain provider roster and demographic data; update rosters, terms, and demographics; QA work for accuracy.
• Process new provider requests; collect required documentation; prepare agreements from templates; transfer data to systems.
• Flag recurring issues and suggest improvements to contracting workflows and technology.
• Audit and maintain provider-facing materials, internal resources, and contract templates.
• Track contract status and documentation so agreements are complete and searchable.
