Job summary

Sonrava Health is seeking an experienced Provider Network Manager to oversee recruitment and network management across Northern California. This full-time, remote role requires you to build strong provider relationships, expand the network, and work independently while covering a large geographic area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in provider network management or related healthcare field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing a large geographic territory.
• Ability to travel throughout Northern California.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and contract general dentists and dental specialists to expand the provider network.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with participating providers and office staff.
• Conduct provider onboarding, orientations, and ongoing education regarding network policies and procedures.
• Negotiate provider participation agreements.
• Coordinate provider credentialing and recredentialing activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for provider operational and network-related questions.
• Analyze network adequacy and identify strategic recruitment opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure an exceptional provider experience and high-quality service.
