Qualifications

• 5+ years in a network management role handling complex providers.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• 2+ years in pricing development and financial modeling for rate decisions.
• 2+ years of provider contracting experience.
• Expert knowledge of Medicare RBRVS, DRGs, ASCs.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage unit cost budgets, targets, performance reporting and financial models.
• Develop geographically competitive, broad-access networks with cost objectives.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts per templates and reimbursement standards.
• Ensure network includes appropriate provider specialties distribution.
• Set team direction and provide guidance to team members.
• Influence forecasting and planning activities.
