Job summary

Centene Corporation’s Trillium Community Health Plan seeks a primary business lead for provider network adequacy monitoring, reporting, and strategic network analysis across Medicaid and Medicare lines of business.

The role is fully remote in the U.S. and requires authorization to work without visa sponsorship. You will work with cross-functional teams to monitor gaps, prepare reports for leadership, support regulatory filings, and drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of quality improvement, program management or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct provider network analysis by geography, specialty, and line of business.
• Monitor network adequacy performance and identify gaps and access issues.
• Lead NAC meetings and develop reporting materials.
• Manage network gap remediation with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare network adequacy reporting for leadership and regulators.
• Support Medicaid/Medicare network adequacy exception requests.
• Perform provider network impact analyses related to contracts and strategy.
• Develop, maintain, and improve reporting tools, dashboards, and workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional workgroups and track actions to completion.
• Serve as SME for provider network composition, access, adequacy, reporting.
