Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of health care experience, preferably in provider relations, provider data services, IT or claims operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider data management activities, policies and procedures including contract setup.
• Develop reports to support department requirements and data-driven decisions.
• Manage staff performance, quality, and production metrics and ensure timely deliverables.
• Coordinate with Credentialing for delegated entity arrangements and with Information Systems for special projects.
• Drive process and system improvements and data integrity across provider data operations.
