Enlightened, Inc. seeks a Provider Network Account Executive on a six-month contract to build and maintain strong relationships with contracted providers in the Washington, DC area. The role focuses on managing complex, multi-location provider accounts and ensuring network access across plans.

You will analyze performance data and drive improvements while coordinating with internal teams. The candidate should have Medicaid experience, strong leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a Provider Services role.
• 5–10 years in managed care/health insurance with provider contracting, credentialing and billing knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Manage provider accounts across single or multiple locations.
• Monitor provider network for access to services in regulatory mandates.
• Lead provider education programs and materials and mentor new NE’s.
• Develop and implement programs to support high-dollar provider groups.
