The position offers a telecommuting option from anywhere in the U.S. and requires ability to process 10–15 applications daily, work independently or in a team, and uphold high standards like NCQA and CMS requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required.
• 2+ years end-to-end provider payer enrollment experience, including submitting 10–15 applications.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Word.
• Quiet home workspace with PHI protection capability.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet for UnitedHealth Group access.

Responsibilities

• Process provider applications and re-applications, including mailing and loading into the tracking system.
• Audit processes and provide feedback to reduce errors and improve performance.
• Serve as a technical resource for the team and own complex problems.
• Act as a facilitator to resolve conflicts within the team.
• Contribute as a key member on cross-functional project teams.
• Submit 10–15 provider enrollment applications daily.
• Adhere to NCQA, CMS and state credentialing standards with accuracy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
