Job summary

Gainwell Technologies in the United States is seeking a Provider Enrollment Representative (Remote U.S.) to help clients improve health outcomes by processing enrollment data and supporting the enrollment processes across systems.

This fully remote role requires a dedicated home workspace, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and adherence to SLAs, with opportunities for growth, learning, and career development within a flexible, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a metric driven environment.
• Experience using multiple monitors and systems.
• Experience in Healthcare Industry / Medicaid.
• Experience meeting Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations.
• Ability to learn and ask questions to be independent.

Responsibilities

• Use multiple websites and systems to review and input enrollment data
• Be a productive member of the team
• Comply with contract requirements, business unit rules and related legal regulations
• Time management, attendance and punctuality
