Qualifications

• 2+ years of provider enrollment experience preferred.
• Experience managing enrollments with Medicare and Medicaid.
• Knowledge of credentialing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle provider enrollments for ophthalmology services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for enrollment inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with payer regulations and requirements.
• Maintain accurate provider enrollment data.
