Job summary

USPh (U.S. Physical Therapy) is seeking a Provider Enrollment Specialist to join the Managed Care Operations team. You will ensure accurate data entry for enrollment and billing, research complex issues, and drive timely credentialing across multiple payor types.

The role emphasizes professional behavior, dependability, and strong communication as you support the network of nearly 700 clinics with central, remote hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience submitting payor credentialing applications for providers.
• Experience with credentialing across Managed Care, Medicare & Medicaid, Workers Compensation.
• Proficient with CAQH database and familiar with CAQH Practice Administrator role.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate enrollment and billing data for each account.
• Research and resolve complex credentialing problems using available resources.
• Manage multiple work queues and meet turnaround times for credentialing goals.
• Develop professional relationships with credentialing reps at health plans.
