Qualifications

• Must reside in North Carolina.
• Hands-on provider enrollment and credentialing experience for behavioral health and medical providers.
• Knowledge of Medicare enrollment (Parts A, B, C).
• Experience with commercial payer networks and multistate enrollment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Familiar with credentialing standards, regulations, and compliance.
• Experience using MedTrainer or a comparable database.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with providers and team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete provider enrollment and credentialing process from start to finish.
• Verify education, training, licensure, certifications, and other credentials.
• Submit enrollment applications to Medicare and commercial payers.
• Stay current with Medicare Parts A, B, and C requirements.
• Enroll providers with in-state and out-of-state payers.
• Communicate with insurance companies to track applications and resolve issues.
• Negotiate insurance contracts and reimbursement rates.
• Maintain credentialing agreements and provider records in systems.
• Guide providers through enrollment paperwork and respond to questions.
• Monitor regulatory changes from CMS, OIG, TJC, and related bodies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve credentialing issues and assist teammates.
