Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a remote Provider Enrollment Advisor to support Nevada Medicaid. You will act as a subject matter expert for enrollment requirements, analyze data to drive cost-effective, high-quality outcomes, and ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Agency guidelines and SLAs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in healthcare operations and 3+ years in provider credentialing/enrollment, with strong problem-solving skills and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in healthcare operations (managed care, provider, or member services).
• 3+ years in provider credentialing and enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for provider enrollment requirements and regulatory standards.
• Analyze business needs and recommend process and system improvements.
• Develop business specs and collaborate with tech teams on enhancements.
• Manage project activities, timelines, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Use data analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
