The role emphasizes documenting systems requirements, following healthcare guidelines, and participating in technical reviews with senior leaders to ensure client expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and triage bugs and defects.
• Clear and effective oral and written communication skills with an ability to work in a professional team environment.
• 2-3 years of working experience in healthcare, enrollment, credentialing, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and translate business needs from requirements into non-technical language.
• Monitor queues and reports for the call center.
• Perform extensive research independently and review data while working on multiple projects.
• Help analyze and document systems requirements and business processes.
• Build basic conceptual data and process models to quantify changes.
• Verify client requirements are built into the design by testing using existing test plans.
• Follow policies, manuals, and government/healthcare guidelines.
• Participate in technical reviews with senior leaders to ensure the product meets expectations.
• Expand skills in Excel, SQL or Visio to enhance expertise.
