Job summary

USAble Life is seeking a Provider Data Maintenance & Credentialing Specialist I for a primarily remote role with on-site presence in Jacksonville, FL. The position supports credentialing applications, data entry, and contract management within our provider network management team.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 2–4 years of related experience; an Associate's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Equivalent military experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter credentialing and re-credentialing applications into the administration system.
• Follow up with Credentialing Verification Organization to obtain verification reports.
• Communicate with providers about missing information from credentialing files.
• Review credentialing reports for accuracy.
• Process contract arrangements into the administration system.
• Update and maintain contract and demographic changes for reporting and directory accuracy.
• Ensure timely follow-up to secure missing information.
• Generate letters to providers after contract or demographic changes.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality metrics; prepare documents for contract execution.
• Perform outreach for missing, expired, or incomplete documentation.
