Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Provider Data Analyst to maintain accurate provider information for network providers, enabling correct reimbursement and directory listings. This remote, full-time role supports data integrity across multiple databases and requires strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

The position focuses on verifying provider data, performing data loads, and performing outreach to validate rosters, with 8–5 PST coordination from anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare data management or similar role.
• Experience working with provider data management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Provider Data for all network providers.
• Ensure provider information is accurately recorded and maintained for proper reimbursement and directory listings.
• Review system updates to verify provider data is loaded accurately.
• Identify any updates needed to complete data load processes.
• Provide support for baseline provider data transactions that cannot be administered automatically due to system limitations and/or data integrity issues.
• Outreach for verification of provider (professional and facility types) via phone calls, emails, and faxes.
• Thoroughly document all provider changes in multiple databases.
• Research and work provider group rosters in multiple formats, word and excel.
• Review bulk provider submissions from provider groups to confirm accuracy of data load to system.
• Research data discrepancies and key provider data into internal systems as needed to resolve errors.
