Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain Provider Data for all network providers.
• Ensure provider information is accurately recorded for reimbursement and directory listings.
• Review system updates to verify data load accuracy.
• Identify updates needed to complete data load processes.
• Provide support for baseline provider data transactions when automation is limited.
• Outreach for verification of provider types via phone, email, and fax.
• Document provider changes in multiple databases.
• Research provider rosters in multiple formats (Word and Excel).
• Review bulk submissions to confirm data load accuracy.
