• Must live within the region with the ability and willingness to travel to providers up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, negotiates, and executes provider contracts for Humana's Alabama Market.
• Primary point of contact with providers; communicates contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates.
• Analyze financial impact of contracts and terms; maintain contracts and documentation in a tracking system.
• Identify and recruit providers based on network needs; advise executives on functional strategies.
• Exercise independent judgment on complex issues and travel as needed (up to 20%).
