Imagenet is seeking a Provider Claims Customer Service Representative to support inbound calls from healthcare provider representatives requesting claim status information. This fully remote role requires researching claims in client systems and delivering clear, accurate updates.

The position is full-time, U.S. remote with a Mon-Fri schedule (11am–7:30pm EST). Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour and includes a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from healthcare provider representatives regarding claim status.
• Research claims and claim status information using client systems and platforms.
• Clearly and accurately communicate available claim information to provider representatives.
• Verify appropriate information before discussing claim details.
• Navigate multiple applications while assisting callers.
• Document calls and actions accurately per procedures.
• Identify inquiries requiring escalation and follow established procedures.
• Maintain professional communication with provider interactions.
• Meet productivity, quality, attendance and service expectations.
• Participate in training, coaching and ongoing development.
