Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking an Analyst, Protective Intelligence to triage, report, and monitor potential security incidents that could affect client assets. You will identify, track and assess risks, provide incident response and travel risk support, and conduct online research and investigations.

This role primarily operates during PIC’s Shift III hours (Pacific Time) with weekday coverage and potential open-shift support during holidays, nights, or weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
• OSINT skills to collect, assess, and produce concise reports.
• Familiarity with news sources and social media for real-time monitoring.
• Ability to adopt new technologies and troubleshoot IT basics.
• Willingness to work off-hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Triaging, reporting, and monitoring of security incidents.
• Identify, track and assess emerging risks and threats.
• Provide incident response, triage, and travel risk support.
• Conduct online research and investigations for assessments.
• Coordinate RFIs to enable secure transport and protection workflows.
