Optiv Security Inc. is seeking a Sr. Threat Analyst to join the 24x7x365 Security Operations Center. This remote role supports clients across the continental U.S. and requires rotation across days, mids, and nights as part of a highly technical AFC team.

You will perform deep-dive investigations, leverage SIEM tools, and collaborate with engineers to improve client security postures. Expect extensive writing, reporting, and client-facing communications.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent with SOC/MSS experience.
• 2-4 years in information security and threat analysis.
• Strong writing, reporting and communication skills for executives.

• Lead investigations and document incident timelines for clients.
• Analyze threats using SIEMs and security tooling; provide recommendations.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and runbooks for threat analysts.
• Train analysts and perform QA on alerts and investigations.
