Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated invites a Protection Engineer - Distribution to drive the strategic plan for Beckwith Protection products. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Production to deliver customer-focused solutions while supporting multiple business units.

The role requires 5 years of Electric Utility experience, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, and deep knowledge of power systems and protection practices. Excellent communication and lab oversight duties are included.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Electric Utility experience.
• BS Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of the power industry and protection practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist OEMs and strategic customers with product approvals and technical support.
• Develop proofs of concept for strategic accounts.
• Coordinate across sales, product management, and production to realize customer needs.
• Maintain the Beckwith Smart Grid Lab for full functionality.
• Contribute to product specifications, guides, papers, and testing.
