You will support data quality, prospect research, and reporting, partnering with Planned Giving officers to refine strategies, track performance, and ensure high-quality donor experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree and 4+ years in prospect management, preferably with planned giving.
• Strong data management and analytics capabilities with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio management for Planned Giving, including monthly meetings and bi-annual reviews, driving donor movement to legacy commitments.
• Coordinate donor strategies, cultivation plans, and engagement activities across the planned giving cycle.
• Monitor portfolio performance, report estate gift expectations, and share progress with leadership and PG officers.
