Job summary

Earthjustice is seeking a One-Year Prospect Development Analyst to coordinate data entry, relationship management, and hygiene for the Planned Giving team. The analyst will work with Planned Giving officers to implement donor strategies across the full gifts cycle, ensuring data accuracy and insightful reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration, moves management, and quarterly portfolio reviews, with a 37.5-hour week and a hybrid/remote option from SF, DC, or contiguous U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree required or equivalent.
• 4+ years of relevant experience including prospect management.
• Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and donor-relations skills.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce NPSP).
• Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools such as Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio management for the Planned Giving team, including bi-annual reviews and meeting facilitation.
• Develop and track donor strategies and engagement plans across the planned giving cycle.
• Monitor portfolio performance and report on estate gift expectancies and solicitations.
• Ensure high data quality, accurate CRM entries, and hygiene practices; support CRM transition planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen prospect development workflows and reporting.
