Earthjustice is the nation’s leading environmental law organization. The One-Year Prospect Development Analyst supports the Planned Giving team by coordinating data entry, portfolio management, and donor strategies to drive legacy commitments and long-term revenue growth.

Working with Planned Giving officers, you will manage activity in the CRM, ensure data quality, and provide insights for reporting and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in prospect management and planned giving operations preferred.
• Strong data hygiene and CRM proficiency with attention to data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio management for the Planned Giving team and coordinate bi-annual portfolio reviews.
• Maintain donor records with gift vehicles and estate-related details in the CRM.
• Analyze donor data to support forecasting, goal setting, and donor strategies.
