Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree with 4+ years in prospect management; 2+ years in planned giving preferred.
• Strong data management, accuracy, and ability to analyze donor data to support strategy.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce NPSP) and BI tools like Tableau; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio management for the Planned Giving team, including monthly tactical meetings and bi-annual portfolio reviews.
• Manage planned giving prospect activity, referrals, assignments, and portfolio integrity with cross-functional alignment.
• Conduct proactive research to identify bequest, life-income, and asset-based gift prospects and prepare concise profiles.
